LitMarks.ai is a Chrome extension that helps you export your Kindle highlights from Amazon's Kindle Notebook (read.amazon.com/notebook).

Data collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your data.

All processing happens locally in your browser:

• Book titles, authors, highlights, and notes are read from the Kindle notebook page
• Data is processed only in memory
• Export files are saved directly to your device when you choose to download

Website content access

The extension reads text and images (book covers) from the Kindle notebook page to extract your highlights. This content is processed solely for the export feature and is never sent to our servers or any third party.

Host permissions

The extension requests access only to:

• https://read.amazon.com/* — to read your Kindle notebook
• https://m.media-amazon.com/* — to display book cover images

Access is used only when you are on the Kindle notebook page and click the extension.

Third-party services

We do not use analytics, tracking, or any third-party services that collect user data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made.
